Bo Stief Feat. Adam Nussbaum
Jazzhus Montmartre
D. 03.07.2011 Kl. 20:00

In the midst of the Copenhagen Jazz Festival we pause for a moment and hand over the stage to a true Montmartre veteran bass legend Bo Stief. Stief spent his youth at the Montmartre in its first era beginning in the early 1960’s, and a generation later he is part of the new era after the re-opening in 2010 and as a member of the Montmartre’s Artistic Council. The repertoire for the evening relates to both the past and the present, but more so to the tradition of inviting foreign musicians to come and play and share some of that jazz culture that has integrated so well onto the Danish music scene, and through the years has turned Copenhagen into a European jazz capital. Also on stage adding to the thick atmosphere of jazz: Bobo Moreno, Ole Kock Hansen and Hans Ulrik.
