Under helgen gick posthardcore-gruppen We Came As Romans ut med att deras sångare och keyboardist Kyle Pavone har gått bort, endast 28 år gammal.
"Today, music lost another great with the passing of Kyle Pavone of We Came As Romans. Kyle’s tragic loss came too early in his life and those of his bandmates. All are devastated by his passing. We will miss his smiles, his sincerity, his concern for others, and his impressive musical talent. In lieu of flowers, we will be providing information regarding charity donations this coming week. The family and the band wish to thank their fans and the music community for all of their love and support as they navigate their grief.

Kyle Pavone gick med i We Came As Romans 2008. Han medverkar på bandets alla fem fullängdare och hans röst har blivit in viktig kugge i den moderna metalcorens framfart som tog vid sent 2000-tal.
We Came As Romans bildades i Troy i Michigan, USA, 2005. Deras debutalbum To Plant A Seed släpptes 2009. Gruppen har genom åren turnerat med band som The Chariot och har arbetat med Tyler ”Telle” Smith.
