Det amerikanske musikmagasin Rolling Stone har nu offentliggjort deres årsliste. Listen kommer i kølvandet på en lang række europæiske magasiners kåringer af dette års mest betydningsfulde albums.
GAFFA har tidligere skrevet om Arctic Monkeys, der toppede en del lister i Europa. På Rolling Stones liste ligger Arctic Monkeys imidlertid på en 17. plads, mens de amerikanske navne er rigt repræsenteret, såvel i top som på hele listen.
Øverst på listen findes Bob Dylan tæt forfulgt af Red Hot Chili Peppers og Sonic Youth. Hele listen ser ud som følger:
